Rothbury Hideaway at the heart of the village

A private flat set in the heart of the picturesque village of Rothbury. Ideal if you're looking for a private hideaway that's only 100m from the local pubs, shops and cafes.

This flat is a part of a brand new property that we built from scratch in 2019. It was a 3 year build that has been a labour of love but something we're very proud of. We're really happy to host anyone that's looking to come to our lovely village of Rothbury and get to know the area. Hope to see you soon :)

The space

Please note: We've done everything to a very high standard but have still got a little work to complete building a garden wall (there may be builders onsite but are very friendly and shouldn't make much noise). Also the drive is yet to be tarmaced and is a little rough around the edges (we've knocked the prices down to make up for it). Aside from this everything else internally is fully finished and done to a standard that we're very pleased with.

It’s not the tidiest but we’re very happy for you to use the back garden/wooded area if you’d like.

Things to Keep in Mind

Check-in:

After 15:00

Cancellations:

Free cancellation for 48 hours. After that, cancel up to 24 hours before check-in and get a full refund, minus the service fee.

House Rules:

  • Not suitable for children and infants
  • No smoking
  • No pets
  • No parties or events

You must also acknowledge

  • Pet(s) live on property - 2 dogs. Both very friendly, one quite enthusiastic. She will want to say hi if she sees you.
  • Amenity limitations - have a garage for bikes but it's pretty rammed at the moment. It has a secure lock but you would be leaving them at your own risk.
  • Potential for noise - You might hear the kids playing outside (but it shouldn't be much at all).
  • Must climb stairs - 1 flight - 15 reasonably wide steps.
  • Surveillance or recording devices on property - We've got CCTV on the outside of the building but nothing inside.

Additional rules

Ideally quieter after 11pm and no outdoor shoes upstairs.
